What is sizing like?
Unless specified as women's, our tees are unisex. They are soft, cozy, and designed for a comfortable fit. Prefer a snugger tee? Size down! For a classic fit, stick with your usual size. Our crewnecks, sweatshirts, and long sleeves are also unisex unless specified as women’s. We recommend your usual size, unless noted in the description otherwise. Need help with sizing? What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please see the full return policy here.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, you can return items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to high demand, we may not always have your desired size in stock. However, our team will assist you in finding the best alternative. For more details, please refer to our full policy here.
How long until my product ships?
Shipping time is usually between 3-6 business days. We take pride in getting our products to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs and times vary on the product, quantity, and time of year. You will receive tracking via email once your item has been shipped.
What if there is a quality issue past the 30 day return window?
We want your new merchandise to become your favorite! While we strive for all of our merchandise to arrive without imperfections, we understand that issues can arise. If you're dissatisfied with your recent purchase, please contact us via email. We'd much prefer to resolve any concerns rather than lose you as a fan of Discover Wisconsin merch!
Please send inquiries and photos of any flawed merchandise to shop@discoverwisconsin.com. Kindly include your order number. Please note that worn merchandise may not be eligible for replacement.
